The Space:
Modern villa with breathtaking panoramic views and private pool. A very nice and comfortable furnished house with comfortable furnishings. The house is located in a very quiet residential area.
The plot has about 1,100 square meters and is divided into several terraces, which are connected by stairs. There is a large pool terrace with fantastic panoramic views, and a further terrace with pergola.
The house has 2 levels: at the upper floor is a very well furnished living-dining room with access to the covered terrace (with steps to the pool terrace), 1 american kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom; on the ground floor (connected by internal stairs) there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. From here you have direct access to the pool.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
