The beautiful rustic 3 bedroom holiday home is situated on a 720 m² plot on the Cumbre del Sol with some sea views. It was completely renovated in 2010.
The house is located in a quiet urbanization surrounded by other houses.
The living area of the house is on one level. The house is accessible via the covered outdoor terrace or the kitchen.
From the kitchen you have a direct access to the 8 x 3.5m kidney shaped pool with outdoor shower and BBQ area.
The pool terrace is very spacious and there is enough space for all pool chairs.
The house has sun all day and therefore advertises itself also ideal for winter rental.
All three bedrooms have twin beds with single mattresses, bedside tables and partially integrated wardrobes.
One bedroom has its own bathroom en suite (with shower) with WC. The other two bedrooms share a smaller shower room with WC.
One bedroom also has a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, gas hob, microwave, combined fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is also an electric tabletop grill , if someone does not want to grilling with charcoal.
The approximately 30 m² large living room with fireplace has two sofas with table and satellite TV.
The property is completely fenced and grown with Mediterranean plants and palm trees, so that children can play safely.
In about 400 meters from the house there is a supermarket "Pepe la Sal", bar-restaurant and a very good restaurant with a large terrace, pool and fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding area.
