Completely refurbished 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment, on the pool level of a small, privately owned complex. There are two pools in the complex that are never crowded, there is always a free sun bed easy to find without reservation to enjoy sunshine all day around. Our apartment is furnished and completely equipped up until 4 persons staying. Ideal place for family holidaymakers, or couple seeking for privacy. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa with armchairs, and a flat screen 32' TV, and DVD. We offer free WIFI connection included in the rental price with ADSL modem (10 GB), works very well and gives high speed internet connection. The large, double sized, private terrace opening from the living room has south west orientation getting sun all day long, facing to tropical gardens and community pool. The fully fitted kitchen connected to the dining area is equipped with vitroceramic 4 places hob,traditional oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, café maker. In the first bedroom there is a double bed with built in wardrobe. In the spacious second bedroom we have 2 single beds with complete bulit in wardrobe.
The apartment house is in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, enjoying the silence and tranquillity all day and night meanwhile situated within a 10 minutes walking distance of the beaches ,and the promenade by the ocean.
