IT IS A FULLY INDEPENDENT SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE THAT CONSISTS OF TWO CONTIGUOUS DORMITORIES, LIVING ROOM, EQUIPPED KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, BATHROOM AND A LARGE TERRACE IN THE HIGH AREA OF THE HOUSE.
Parking: In the city there is paid parking on working days from 8am to 2pm and from 4pm to 8pm (maximum 2 hours for € 1.50) and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm. The rest of schedules and holidays are free. There is also free parking at any time and day next to the church, 10 minutes walk

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
- Fully customized check-in and check-out service: includes the delivery of keys in hand, collection and return of the deposit, as well as various explanations upon arrival.

ARUCAS IS A QUIET AND FULL LIFE PEOPLE SITUATED ONLY 10 MINUTES BY CAR FROM THE CAPITAL AND 5 MINUTES FROM THE NORTH BEACHES OF THE ISLAND OF GRAN CANARIA.
There are different bus lines that connect with the whole island. The bus station is 5 minutes walk from the house and 3 minutes is the taxi stand
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED. RESPECT THE REST OF THE NEIGHBORS AND THE COEXISTENCE WITH THESE.
