Amazing house by the sea for 10 guests, with direct access to the beach, in a wonderful residential area of Portopetro.
If you want to enjoy tranquillity, nature and the beach in the same place, this is the ideal place for you to stay. Just imagine walking a few steps and finding yourself on the rocks in front of turquoise waters. Of course you can not only swim, snorkel, dive and discover but also marvel at the breathtaking scenery while relaxing on the sun loungers or while having lunch or a drink on the veranda.
All the interior rooms of the house are facing the sea or the garden and are located on the ground floor, as the first floor is closed. The large living-dining room has a TV and is ideal for long evenings. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook comfortably, as well as direct access to the outside of the house. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping, there are 5 bedrooms, all of them equipped with a fan. Two of them have double beds (one of them has an en suite bathroom with shower). The other three bedrooms have 2 single beds each, one of them also has an en suite bathroom with shower. There are two separate bathrooms serving this floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.
Portopetro is a coastal town surrounded by sandy beaches and little coves of an extraordinary beauty like Cala d'Or, Cala Mondragó or el Caló des Borgit. The Natural Park of Mondragó, a protected place and a must visit, is near the property. Santanyí is 5 minutes away by car, and a traditional market street takes place every Wednesday and Saturday, where you can buy local products.
