Fully air-conditioned, it comprises a ground floor with two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and storage cupboards, an open-plan living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a large attic space converted into a playroom and dormitory that can accommodate up to 4 children, also air-conditioned!
