Large contemporary lounge, kitchen and bathroom with sliding doors to a generous balcony with fabulous pool and sea views of Gibraltar and Africa!

There is access via Sliding doors to the large terrace (26m2) from both the lounge and the bedroom. The en suite bathroom has marble floors with a bath and shower. The fully equipped modern kitchen has a washing machine, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
