Lovely 2 bedroom little villa totally redecorated in December 2019 with high quality materials and design furniture, allocated in a very peaceful private resort only 7km from Ciutadela Town. Very nice sea views and to a beautiful lighthouse. Gardens, parking. Only 5 minutes walk to the supermarkets and Marina with all services (restaurants, bars, pubs, chemistry, diving schools, boat rentals, water park for children, mini golf, karting, etc). Only 5 minutes walk to the famous calas (beaches) Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch. You can swim in the sea right in front the house (just as little as 30 steps and you are in the water literally). Ideal for couples with or without children.Nice walks around the area for "romantic sunsets" (the best ones you will never see from Menorca with Majorca Island at the background... you have to see it!).
