Two steps down from the pool area and you are on Galera beach, walk to the right along a lovely coastal walk to the famous dunes. The villa itself is on two levels and is fully Equipped. With only a 8 minute walk to the centre of Corralejo, Villa Consuela is ideally situated for all to enjoy. Probably the best located villa in Corralejo.
PLEASE NOTE: The villa is on a quiet residential complex so is only suited for holiday makers looking for a quiet escape - it is not suitable for late night entertaining around the pool, or any other activities that may disturb the other residents. - thank you.

Summary: The biggest disappointment was the fact that the Villa was advertised as having air conditioning, (a prerequisite for us,) but it is only present in the master bedroom and not in the main living area or the remaining three bedrooms. We felt that this was very misleading advertising. This was made much worse by the fact that the one and only air conditioning unit was broken and not working, and we got a message to say that it may, or may not, be fixed during our visit there. (It wasn’t !) Air conditioning aside, all rooms have large ceiling fans, which along with open windows does allow for adequate cooling in the downstairs bedrooms. Having said this, one downstairs bedroom fan was not working at all, and one more was only As well as a sticking front door, the bathroom door downstairs whilst opening fine, jams shut, which led to one of our party getting trapped in there for a few minutes before someone else was able to open the door from the outside.In the kitchen, there was not enough cutlery and crockery for the amount of people the Villa can accommodate. There was was only 5 knives in the cutlery drawer, and there was 5 of us in the Villa. There was only one decent sharp knife available for food preparation. The supplied tea towels were filthy and looked like they had been used to clean the floor.Overall, we thought that the Villa was very tired and dated and unloved, and in desperate need of an update and upgrade, especially compared to other villas on the complex
