Summary: Having planned a day of retail therapy in Lorca and Murcia, we decided to treat ourselves to a night away from decorating our home in Mojacar (98 wooden shutters to paint....***!). From the moment we arrived, our hosts, Steve and Deborah provided a welcoming drink followed by a delicious evening meal. We retired to a comfortable room and woke refreshed. Breakfast was simple and tasty and we felt ready to tackle another day at the shops. The hotel is a little remote but ideal if you want peace and quiet. It was easy to find with signs one you left the main road
