Summary: none of the hot tubs are heated, ever, they should not be advertised as hot tubs, but ice plunges. Although the facility, the pool area were gorgeous and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly,, but not helpful when it came to descending nearly three flights of stairs with luggage, just to get to the front door of the hotel from parking on the street . It is not an accessible hotel.for anyone with difficulty with stairs.
