The Strelitzia has a completely private entrance and its own small terrace, and a new large terrace. The apartment has a quiet location on the approximately 4. 500 sqm fenced flower oasis Finca Tenerife-Romantica in the village Lomo Roman in Puerto de la Cruz. On the well-kept finca there is a small lake with fish and water lilies. Almonds, mangoes and bananas grow on the Finca Tenerife-Romantica, and you will also find palm trees, the beautiful Strelitzia, a large Drago (dragon tree) and many other flowers. Also, the finca has several waterfalls, which are integrated into the beautiful garden landscape. There is also a heated natural stone pool, a barbeque area under trees and a gym.
The Strelitzia is an apartment with a very large living and dining room with a sofa and 2 armchairs and with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen is practical and functional. The dining area has a nice big round table with 4 chairs. The bedroom with the double bed and 2 large wardrobes is an interesting feature. It is located on a slightly higher level than the living room and is separated from the living room by a curtain. If you pull back the curtain, you have a great view from the bed into the green and the neighboring nature reserve. And that without anyone you can look into the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and of course a hair dryer. The Strelitzia is big enough to accommodate 4 people, but has only 2 beds, making it a really spacious apartment for 2 people.
