Upon reaching the block of the building you go up to the fourth floor and upon entering you will see a large living room furnished with modern comfortable sofas where a lot of natural light falls during the day. In front is the fireplace in a large stone column. This is the ideal place to enjoy together with your family and friends. On the opposite side of the fireplace is the dining room that also has windows to enjoy the views. Next to it is the kitchen, a closed area fully equipped with stove, oven, electric coffee maker, microwave, a functional kitchen.
On this same level through a door, you have access for two bedrooms. On the left you will find a bedroom with built-in wardrobes at the entrance, a double bed and its bathroom en-suite with a bathtub. The second is the bedroom is the master suite with a full bathtub, a large double bed, built-in wardrobes and spectacular views of the mountains from its balcony.
At the entrance of the house towards the right hand you will find a closet to leave jackets and then you will see a guest toilet. The wooden staircase to the second level is right at this point.
The second level offers the sloping wooden ceilings, here are the third and fourth bedrooms, each located at the end of a small hallway. Both rooms offer windows and natural light with beautiful views. There is complete bathroom in this level. These two bedrooms have double beds. Also, on this floor you will also find the washing machine closet.
The Mont-Romíes house has also the advantage of having 2 parking areas: One outside but just below the entrance of the building covered only by the roof, next to the door of the entrance staircase. And the second square is a few meters away in the covered parking area.
The Ski's ticket office is located a few meters from the house and on the way to the Esquiros chairlift. Everything is perfectly well located so that it is very comfortable to go skiing or going for a walk.
In the ski box office area you will also find two small bars and restaurants and a ski center; in addition to the lockers to get the ski pass.
