Positive: The accommodation was clean and pleasant and in a great location.

Negative: The check in process was terrible. I informed the owner a few days beforehand, and then again in the morning before we arrived, that we would be arriving between 8-9pm. He told us he would meet us at the property. I also reminded him that we had requested a cot. When we duly arrived between 8-9pm, no one was there and only after failing to find the property and calling the owner was I sent some instructions. These instructions were almost entirely in pictorial form and were not easy to understand having arrived in the dark. When we finally entered the property there was no cot provided, which wasn't ideal when we had a sleeping baby in the car. The owner provided a cot a bit before 10.30pm. The experience was not how I wanted to start a holiday.

Summary: Nice place, great location, terrible check in experience.
