Completely refurbished and extended (finished Dec 2020) - This stunning 5 bed villa has a 2 bed annex and separate 3 bed apartment. The villa offers spacious, private and very comfortable accommodation along with a large, sparkling pool.
Set behind iron gates, the whole villa is completely safe and private. The huge pool The pool is 10 x 6 meters.
Wrapping around the villa are its extensive and well landscaped gardens. There is a synthetic lawn and BBQ area and a large seating area underneath a pergola should you want some shade. The villa is secluded and private.
The villa benefits from fast wi-fi and a fantastic internet based TV system with 1000s of channels from around the world including all Sky and BT channels.

For golf lovers, Alamos Park is just a few minutes walk away from Golf Del Sur course and a 5 min drive from the wonderful course at Amarilla Golf.
10-15 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

The price is based on 7 bedrooms (5 bed villa plus 2 bed annex) and there is an extra £550 GBP / 599 Euros per week charge if the separate 3 bedroom apartment is required.
