Positive: Apartment was sunny with big rooftop and pretty ocean views. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Hot tub was a big plus when it was working. Owner was always quick to reply and kind. There is one space heater to use during colder evenings. Shower was hot as long as other apt hadn't just used it.

Negative: Hot tub takes about 18 hours to heat up. The filter was clogged and needed to be fixed twice. We weren't spending time at the beach so all the sand must've been from previous users. Some basic kitchen supplies were missing - chopping knife, cutting board, spatula, serving and stirring spoons. There is only one appropriate pan for induction stove use, so cooking is funny.

Summary: Budget apt is great value for those who want big sunny ocean views
