A small modern holiday complex in German hands (built in 2018) with only 6 apartments directly in the center of Tias, which are also united as a family.
All apartments face south and have their own wind-protected terrace with awning, so ideal for sun worshipers.
There are various bus stops nearby that run in different directions on the island. Restaurants, fitness center, sports center, supermarkets, bakery, butcher, banks, pharmacy, medical center and other shops.
Our administration is at your service over the weekdays from 8:00 a.m. 15:00 available in German, English, Spanish.
