Positive: - Balcony with a nice seaside view from 8th floor. - Sleep was great, comfortable bed, silence. - Helpful host, self check-in, easy to park nearby (there's an uphill unpaved free parking lot). - Lots of amenities for a 1-bedroom apartment. - This apartment has an AC unit, silent, could also be used for heat if needed.

Negative: Some cleaning could be improved, floors were quite dusty.

Summary: Great overall, would book again!
