Summary: The location and infrastructure of hostel is not bad but it got diminished from the get go by the staff that is quite short and unhelpful. The first day we did not have a toilet as the door was broken and we had to use the public bar toilet in a different building. We let the staff know and they said "we're not going to call a technician on the weekend because it isn't an emergency". Ultimately they just removed the door and lock so we could use the toilet but not close the door which was better than no toilet
