During your stay, you will enjoy a comfortable, bright and well-equipped private space, located on the 4th floor of a secure building, without an elevator.
The living area offers a pleasant space with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table, ideal for sharing convivial moments after a day in Paris.
The main bedroom features a double bed, a large wardrobe, a TV and a private bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
The second bedroom includes a double bed, a retractable bunk bed, a large-screen TV and a private bathroom, offering extra comfort and privacy.
You will also have access to two modern bathrooms, each equipped with welcome products including shower gel and shampoo, as well as a hairdryer. Two toilets are also available.
The space also includes a large 21 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment outdoors.
For your comfort, you will have access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, a freezer and an iron. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest, and I handle the cleaning myself.
Everything has been designed so you can enjoy a pleasant, comfortable and independent stay.
