Positive: Good location, good access to beach. Location wise it is good too.

Negative: the code provided to us by the owner was incorrect. As a result we had to wait for 1 hour for the "guy" to arrive and fix the code issue. and his answer was a simple "it is a mistake". It was late in night and was raining as hell. With small kids with us, it was very bad experience. the Wifi also did not work and we had to wait for 2 days for it to get fixed. the "guy" in charge would ask to come by at '10 PM at night and fix the Wifi" - which was very very annoying.

Summary: Great location, but if you are unlucky and face any issues with the room, help is far away.
