The flat has a double living-room, full of light and space, it is really quiet all day long, and perfect to relax after a long way out.

The bathroom and the kitchen are almost 40 yrs old, please be considerate of their imperfections, as you are of you're old loved ones. It always be clean anyway.

There is two bedrooms, one with a desk and a very comfy sofa bed, it leads to the second bedroom. Both of them overlook the courtyard, which guarantee you a really calm sleep while almost in the center of Paris.

Charming and so typically Rive Gauche. Quiet and not only residential you'll find everything you need around the apartment. By walk, at 5 minutes, grocery store, bakery and restaurants, metro and buses.

I am living with a cat, he won't be here during your stay. The place will be thoroughly cleaned up, yet, if you have a strong allergy you might want to double think your reservation.

Also, I am living here 364 days/years, when I am not here, usually it is because I am somewhere else, and my stuff don't follow me. Even if I will make room for you, you will see my stuff everywhere, those things are not going on vacations. Some people were surprise that living here, meant also "I have stuffs, they won't take the train or plane with me", so I prefer be very explicit on the precision. It also counts for the fridge.
