After taking a few years away from the rental market this lovely, tranquil home in south west Spain is back for rent from September 2018. You will notice some of the reviews provided are taken from the house's old guest book, although 2019 guests have now provided some lovely positive reviews too.
Set on 1.5 acres of secluded mature gardens, this rural rustic family house is ideal for families or couples wanting to escape and enjoy a fantastic part of Andalusia. Placed in the small hamlet of Najara, Casa Sylvia is an attractive rustic house with bags of charm.
This part of Spain is very unspoilt, with rich history and tradition, and due to the amazing Atlantic climate and stunning beaches, it is where many Spanish people come for their own summer holidays.
The owners have furnished the house well for comfortable family living and is very well equipped. It is well provided for guests with children - a cot and a high chair are available. The newly refurbished pool is set within a large patio near to the house; there are ample loungers, tables and chairs as well as a BBQ for outdoor living. Outside the mature gardens are well tended by local couple Diego and Milagros, who can provide you with seasonal produce from the grounds.
The house is situated 10 mins from the stunning hilltop fortress town, Vejer de la Frontera with restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities. Many beaches are easily accessible, including 20 mins to El Palmar beach. Other beautiful beaches nearby include Caños, Conil de la,Frontera, La Barrosa, Cape Trafalgar, Zahora.
The house has a guest information book, including a wealth of knowledge about the local area, supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, amenities, emergency contacts, etc.
