Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Extremely friendly staff, especially at the reception. The hotel is full of charm and a bit of luxury. We liked the saloon, where they even included a table for board games. The location is also fantastic, and in winter you have much better weather here than in the north of the isle or in the gulf valley. The food was extraordinary, both breakfast and dinner. The beds are large and comfortable and we had a fantastic view onto the ocean (superior room). We stayed 3 nights in December. For us it was perfect.

Negative: The prices are quite high.

Summary: Should we ever return to El Hierro, we will definetly stay here again; total recommendation.
