Positive: The property was spacious and clean.

Negative: Please be sure to check the description very carefully. I was charged €30 for arriving late, which is concerning as this is my first time encountering such an issue when booking an apartment. Additionally, returning the key requires driving five minutes to the office, which is inconvenient, especially if we didn't rent a car. What upset me the most was receiving a message complaining about a used floor towel that was supposedly dirty. We had simply placed it on the bathroom floor as normal usage, so it seemed unreasonable to me. Because of these issues, I will not rent this property again.
