The 65m² accommodation has 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, with which it has capacity for 3 people. It is exterior and has a small balcony from where you can contemplate the wonderful sunsets of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with the landscape of Las Canteras beach.
Located on the same avenue of the beach, it is surrounded by all the services offered by this great city such as restaurants, supermarkets and shops, as well as many other offers of leisure and sports activities along the entire avenue that has a length of 3.5kms. On the other side is the Alfredo Krauss Auditorium, which has a wide range of shows, as well as one of the largest shopping centers on the island, such as "Las Arenas".
"La Playa de Las Canteras" is a long stretch of sand, occupying about 3800 meters of coastline, which stretches across the bay.
Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, with good weather almost all year round.
