About this space
Our Villa is situated near the beautiful village of Olivella and the Garraf. The Garraf Park covers an area of 12,820 hectares of limestone hills. The landscape is mostly scrub land, typical vegetation dense thickets of low rise shrubs and herbs such as rosemary and thyme. There are some wooded areas of pine and Oak trees. Wildlife has adapted to the hot climate, sparse water, vegetation and terrain and includes wild boar, rabbits, tortoises, Bonellis eagles, falcons and other birds of prey.

The swimming pool is shared only with us, and since we’re usually working during the day, guests often find they can enjoy the pool peacefully on their own during those hours. While we can’t guarantee complete privacy, it’s usually a very quiet and relaxing space.
Other things to note
Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at the swimming pool, and guests swim at their own risk.
Legal Requirements & Tourist Tax
In accordance with Spanish and Catalan government regulations, all guests must be fully registered upon arrival, and a tourist tax is payable on the first day of your stay.
As part of the registration process, we are required by law to collect:
A short registration form for each guest
An electronic scan of a valid passport or national ID
Please note that expired or invalid ID cannot be accepted by the Spanish National Police system. If we are unable to register a guest, we are legally required to cancel the reservation immediately without refund.
