“The Penthouse” is an exclusive and beautifully decorated apartment. It is located in Haría, on Lanzarote, and it grants our guests an amazing holiday: for the past four years it has been awarded a 'Certificate of Excellence' from Tripadvisor, and in 2017 we were given the Airbnb 'Superhost' award and the Premier Partner Status with Homeaway. The Penthouse consists of a living room with a rustic wooden stove and big windows with views over the valley, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an exceptional bedroom with a comfortable kingsize bed and 180° views over the rolling landscape, as well as one bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a 46” Samsung TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Guests will find a generous shared swimming pool (12 x 5 meters and heated), which is ideal to cool off in warm summer days. You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes at just an 8-minute stroll from the property, while the closest beach, Playa la Seba, is 7.8 km away (9 minutes by car).
Parking spaces are available on the property. The property is not suitable for children. Bar drinks can be provided for an extra cost. The swimming pool is shared with a maximum of 6 other guests staying in Casita Palmera. Firewood can also be provided for an extra charge. Cleaning services included (weekly pool cleaning, weekly bed linen and towel change offered, bi-weekly house cleaning).
There are animals around the property (cats, dogs), but they have been trained to stay outside the house. They are all very friendly and not aggressive.
