Litha house offers good quality, clean and comfortable accommodation and is in a perfect location for you to easily enjoy all of the amenities of Caleta de Fuste. It is located in a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Set in a private gated community overlooking the beautiful pool and gardens. This well appointed 3 bedroom house has everything you will need for your vacation. It even has a cheese grater.
It has been our holiday home for years and so we have equipped it to give us the home from home experience. It is constantly being improved and updated because we really want you to have a good time and visit us again and again.
Set over 3 floors the top floor has views over the pool and gardens and has a twin and double bedroom sharing a large bathroom with a shower over the bath. Each room has balconies, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and shutters to help regulate the temperature. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for your comfort. We also provide towels for use in and around the house.
The middle floor has a large lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs providing comfortable seating for 8, with remote controlled ceiling fans. Entertainment wise it has free broadband, Smart TV with a free Netflix subscription. There is also a selection of DVDs and games. The separate kitchen has seating for 6 and comes with a fitted oven, hob and microwave and a washing machine, plus all the pans and utensils you will need to cook up a storm, it even has a paella pan.
Sunbeds so no sunbed wars, chairs, table and parasols are provided in the patio area, plus a bbq.
Downstairs there is a large twin room with an ensuite shower room and a large bonus storage space.
We found this provided an ideal separation for the grandparents when holidaying with the family, or as the kids got older the golf clubs, bikes and fishing equipment without cluttering up the living space.
We also provide free of charge use of a travel cot, highchair and pushchair and there is free parking on the road outside the property.
Caleta de Fuste, has a good mix of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues and is ideal for families. Our home is 5 minutes from the beautiful marina and waterfront bars. Here you can hire a boat, or arrange water sports, or visit the sea water aquarium and pirate ship.
Also 5-minute walk is the fabulous horseshoe beach, with, safe and shallow family bathing. This stunning beach is surrounded by the promenade, hotels and beach bars.
Walk another 15 minutes and you will be at the Atlantico beaches. These idyllic beaches are set in the manmade lagoons and there is an island bar. A bit further to the Atlantico Shopping Centre that boasts a bowling alley and cinema. As well as a host of bars, sea view restaurants and eclectic mix of shops and a large supermarket.
Walking 2 minutes in the opposite direction is the costal path that crosses rugged cliffs and wild coastline. Such a contrast and provides excellent fishing spots.
Further afield, 5 minutes by car. There are 2 championship golf courses.
So, when it comes to location this property has got it covered. No need to hire a car once you have reached our holiday home . Everything that Caleta has to offer is accessible by foot – No steep hills to walk up after a night out.
