This remodeled house has 2 bedrooms, divided into 2 more, with a maximum capacity of 7 people, 1 bathroom, separate kitchen/dining room where you can enjoy your favourite dishes with incredible views. The large terrace also invites you to eat or read outside, it is a unique place where you can sunbathe or enjoy a romantic evening where the sea meets the stars.You have to live the experience of being here!
The accommodation is located in a privileged area, isolated and away from mass tourism, full of peace and harmony with nature, mainly the sea and landscapes that you will never forget. It is ideal to escape from the stress of the city and share with your loved ones, in which it will be essential to come in your own vehicle, and if you do not like walking I recommend a 4x4. Otherwise you will have to park about 400 metres from the house.
The entrance to this accommodation will be autonomous, we will leave the keys in a safety deposit box and you will be given the access code after completing the Check-online a few days before your arrival. We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by telephone, if it is necessary for a person to come to the accommodation we can also organise this, although for everyone's safety we try to avoid personal contact as much as possible, we understand that sometimes it cannot be avoided.
The location of the house is in El Caleton, a very quiet fishing village in La Matanza de Acentejo. The house is in front of the sea and close to a natural swimming pool, which will allow you to swim, provided the weather is good and it is safe. Please do not go into the sea if it is rough, as it can be very dangerous. You can also fish from a jetty that is very close by. Please note that this house is practically built on the sea, and by staying here you will have all the good and bad that goes with it. Here you will hear the sea day and night, the tide rises and falls, sometimes you can swim in the sea and sometimes you can just watch it. The sunsets are incredible here.
The house is located in such a unique place that it is essential to come with a car, and if it is a 4x4 it is better, as this will allow you to park right next to the house, otherwise you would have to park a little further away and walk about 400 metres, so consider renting an off-road vehicle with a 4X4.
