Our house is located in a quiet urbanization by the sea east of Marbella and just 6 km from the center. It was built in 1970 and completely renovated with high qualities in 2016. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge, oven and dishwasher. The living room has air conditioning and a fireplace for the colder months.
From the living room there is access to a covered porch and to the private garden which has sun loungers to relax. It has a year-round pool (about 3m in diameter) to cool off or for children to play when they are not on the beach. You can use the outdoor shower when you get to the beach, which is just a 2-minute walk away.
The house has two bedrooms with double beds (150x200) with direct access to a beautiful sunny patio in the morning, as well as two full bathrooms with heating, one of which is en-suite.
The house is equipped with satellite television and internet. The car can be parked on the street near the house normally without problem. The closest supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away.
Nearby (within a radius of 350 m) you will find numerous beach bars where you can have lunch, dinner or even have a drink.
From Costabella you can make day trips to Gibraltar, Seville, Cordoba or Granada.
