Positive: This was a really neat stop for us. The property was extremely quiet with little business as we came during the shoulder season. Pool was drained and restaurant/bar was closed. However the amazing location was super impressive. Easy walkability to eateries and some activity. The best part was learning of the history of the hotel as it was built for actors in the filming of Lawrence of Arabia, Dr. Zivago and more. The front desk clerk was very nice and showed us around and how certain furnishings were used in the film sets. Loved! There is a neat little beach bar with delish breakfast and fun vibe just a short walk away too!

Negative: Hotel showing some maintenance neglect, but such reasonable pricing, history and super location made up for it.

Summary: Interesting historical hotel with fantastic location!
