Positive: The villa is really nice, spacious and there is really everything you need to enjoy your stay. The garden is well cared and there is private space outside so that you don't really need to go around to relax. The host company support is quite responsive, luckily because you will need them a lot.

Negative: Unfortunately many things: - the neighborhood is safe but absolutely distant from everything, there is a bar but you anyway need a car to go everywhere, The highway is close tho, so that makes easy to move around the island, - the sea is quite far away, more distant than it looks in the pictures (you do have a sea view) - the position in the island offers many occasion for cloudy weather, we had more than 7 days in 14 with clouds (according to the locals) even when the general weather is good, it is a matter of winds and humidity - there is nobody welcoming you when you arrive at the place, you have to learn everything by yourself about the house, or ask the company that takes care of the villa for the owner, and I believe that for this money and kind of accomodation this in unacceptable, I rented many villas around the wolrd, this is the first time something like this happens. When we arrived we had a very bad trip, we were tired, we had issues accessing the house because they shared only one of the two codes you need to enter, so I had to place an international call and wait for them to give me the second access code. I was nervous and I got very angry when I discovered the problem with the aircon. - there is no way to control the air conditioning (!!!!!!) the system is controlled with an app and only the owner can switch on and off the air conditioning, and set the temperature. No remotes and no way to manage it autonomously. This means that for every change you need to ASK and wait for them to apply the change the day after. Also TOTALLY unacceptable, this is not an hostel, I had to spend two days finding the correct temperature and timing for the aircon, till when I asked to switch it off completely. - only one of the bedrooms has air conditioning, the other doesn't - cleaning service is very good but expensive and if you miss one session because of some issue, they don't offer to reschedule

Summary: it could be much better with little effort, because the villa is nice, but if was a sad fail...
