Our two bright and spacious apartments have both 2 bedrooms and either 1 or 2 bathrooms. They are located in the same building and on the same floor, what is very practical if you need more space for a large family or for two couples or families, you can book them both together.

From the living room you enjoy a spectacular and open view of the sea and the Melenara beach in first row! Thanks to the modern and comfortable furnishing you will feel like at home here. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking facilities and utensils (microwave, dishwasher, etc) for self-catering. Furthermore the apartment offers wifi, aircondition as well as a washing machine. The bedrooms are to the rear, so that possible noises from the street will not bother you at night and you can relax really well.
Wether you are planning a romantic weekend or a family and beach holiday, there is something for everyone! On the one hand you will find peace and quiet and can sunbath or relax from the hectic everyday life on long walks along the promenade. On the other hand, there are also some diving and surfing schools on the island for water sports enthusiasts, which teach on the neighbouring beaches. If you like hiking, you can explore the unique landscape on foot and also cyclists feel comfortable here. For shopping-lovers, Telde itself offers several shopping centres and an Outlet centre. Furthermore, due to its proximity to Las Palmas, it is also a good idea to pass by at the Corte Inglés Centre or the famous shopping mile Triana.
Gran Canaria – the island of eternal spring! In fact, it is a micro-continent with several climate zones in a very small area. With an annual average temperature of 21°C, Gran Canaria invites you to escape the colder parts of Europe, especially in the winter months. But even in summer, particularly in Telde, it does not get too hot and thanks to the fresh sea breeze it is still pleasant.
The location of the apartment at Melenara beach is perfect: far away from mass tourism but at the same time there is all amenities in it direct vicinity. Only a few steps away you will find numerous restaurants and cafés. Supermarkets, pharmacies as well as a gym are also within walking distance. Directly in front of the door there is a playground for the little ones as well as the promenade, which connects the neighbouring beaches (La Garita, Hoya del Pozo, Playa del Hombre, Taliarte, Salinetas). There is also a bus and taxi stop in the street or, if you take a rental car, you can quickly reach the motorway to Las Palmas (15 minutes), the airport (10 minutes) or the south of the island to Maspalomas (25 minutes). In the surrounding streets you can park your car for free.
