Positive: They meet us at the place to hand over the keys, Manuel el propietario siempre amable, la piscina es mas grande de lo que se ve en fotos.

Negative: 1. They said we hand over 4 keys but don't give it to your hands. It was my bad I didn't counted either and we resulting having only 3 keys and have to pay for the replacement of the 4th without even using it. 2. The house is advertised as a full rental, which is not true. The owner lives on the ground floor, so you are renting the first, second, and third floor, not the entire house. 3. The advertise also listed 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 sofa bed . In reality there are 4 bedrooms, two living rooms with sofa beds, and 3 bathrooms, not 5. 4. the advertise also says "Fully equipped kitchen" Okay, there are two, but in one, the dishwasher doesn't work, and in the other, it constantly leaks water. You can't start it and leave it running overnight; the kitchen floods (which is what happened to us). 5. be aware there is not Air conditioning in each room, out of the 4 bedrooms only 2 of them have Air conditioning, the other 2 bedrooms don't have even a fan, you need to leave the door open so the Air conditioning from the living room can get inside the room.

Summary: Ok, but didn't expect the owner live in the lower floor of the building.
