This fantastic, architect-built villa offers beautiful views of the coastline of Alicante and breathtaking views of the mountains of the Sierra Carrasqueta and the Sierra Maigmo. The large windows give a feeling of immeasurable space and light. There are 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people and 3 bathrooms. The villa has a large L-shaped infinity swimming pool of 42 m2, various terraces and a garden with herbs and lemon, orange, fig and palm trees (total plot size 1000 m2). The bedrooms have comfortable box springs and the bathrooms are equipped with a shower room with rain shower, toilet and washbasins. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining room, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom and a separate room with a guest toilet. On the first floor you will find another master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom. Bedroom 3 and 4 with 160-200 beds, a 3rd bathroom and a large terrace are also located on the first floor. The house is air-conditioned and is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, espresso machine, food processor, washing machine, hairdryer, WiFi, TV, Blu-ray player and gas barbecue. The villa was completed in May 2018.
The villa is located near Busot, a small, traditional mountain village with narrow streets and a population of 3,000. The center of the village is the charming little square with the beautiful old town hall, the parish church and some restaurants with terraces. In Busot you will also find a bakery, a butcher, a post office, a pharmacy and a health center. Within 9 km you can reach the popular coastal town of El Campello, which offers excellent "blue flag" sandy beaches and restaurants. The beautiful Muchavista Beach of San Juan is just 10 km away. You will find the Bonalba Golf Course at 7 km and Alicante Golf at 11 km. The provincial capital of Alicante is 18 km away and El Altet International Airport can be easily reached via the A70 motorway, with a journey time of approximately 25 minutes. We recommend that you rent a car during your stay.
The house is built on a hill and at the edge of the garden it runs down a little. Something to keep in mind if you have very young children.
