Summary: When we look for property, we focus on few major points: - not bad access to the see (we rent a car so it was fine if too far for a walk) - good place for trips across the coast (we wanted to see most of those towns near the see starting from Malaga up to Gibraltar) - attractions for kids (even if weather isn't well enough for swimming) which as MUST HAVE we had playground and indoor pool (kids 2 and 5), we didn't think that the weather will be sunny enough to warm outdoor pool enough for small kids (we were right). - at least 2 rooms to be able to put kids sleep separately. When we arrive it appears that there are 2 bathrooms (1 without working doors), lock in the door to the balcony isn't working + few minor broken things which were not worth to even remember right now. The major issue we had, indoor pool from the ad was closed, it wasn't like it was closed right before our arrival. It was already closed for months, ad didn't mention that. We had few calles to the owner of property about that and the result of those calls (Owners doesn't speak English very well which makes it even harder to understand what is it about) were: it is not their fault, because indoor pools were closed due to covid restrictions in whole Spain, so it was our fault we didn't check, we were accused that we said we want to rent a flat for free for 2 weeks we rent the property, which obviously wasn't true. To make it short, it is our fault, the Ad wasn't properly updated or we didn't call owners to double check each point from the Ad if it is still valid, also we can use outside pool because their adult daughter said water is warm enough, well, water in see was much warmer than the one in the pool, but yeah, kids were not happy as the pool was right behind the corner, while the see was a bit further and it requires to move with the car). In general I would say the place is nice, but next time I will rent a room from the hotel directly. It was same price actually and you do not have to pay extra for wi-fi and when you call the hotel, definitelly you should receive proper info about open/closed attractions
