Fully fenced double exposure garden. You will be calm and safe there. You have two private entrances: 10, rue de la Garenne and 7 impasse du Bocage. We park without any problem either in front of the house or else in the dead end where you are sure of two private places.
Two terraces. In the morning, you can have breakfast on the wooden terrace with the morning sun on the Impasse side and you can have lunch on the large terrace of the house on the rue de la garenne side. You are protected from the sun by a large blind and can enjoy the plancha.
For your safety, we have also installed an alarm with remote surveillance.
For your comfort, the floor (bedrooms) is air conditioned.
