Spacious Villa, private pool , gardens with BBQ and sun terraces .This lovely Spanish style chalet is set in a quiet road amongst its own private walled garden on La Manga strip, a 22km stretch of land that is nestled between the Med and the warm waters of the Mar Menor. The house is a spacious well laid out property that lends itself to entertaining. The walled private rear patio with seating areas & Bbq is a perfect place to relax or enjoy topping up your tan on the sun terrace. The garden is well stocked with flowers,fruit trees,hibiscus & palms. There's a private pool in the front garden with shower and sun lounging areas, a fabulous place to chill out if you fancy a break from the beach. The property is fully Air conditioned (in living areas and all bedrooms) making it fabulously cool if the spanish heat gets a little too much. It has a spacious lounge with reclining leather sofas and chairs,offering english satelite televisión,WIFI,DVD player with a range of movies,Play station w/ games,CD player with variety of discs,Wii games and other forms of entertainment for all the family to enjoy.The dining area is adjacent to the lounge and flows through to the modern kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern appliances inc an American Fridge Freezer that supplies Ice and cold filtered water.Continuing from the kitchen is a W.C and shower room w/ laundry facilities and access to the outdoor washing area and BBQ. There are patio doors from the living area leading onto the back terrace and alfresco dining area. There are 4 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes,3 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite with walk in shower & an additional sitting room with a sofa bed. The main living areas & all of the bedrooms benefit from A/C. The Mediterranean beach is a short walk(2 mins) with its many wooden beach bars & the villa is also within easy walking distance of bars & restaurants.A 5 minute walk takes you to the popular market town of Cabo de Palos, a picturesque quaint fishing village with lots of bars & bistros that offer fantastic “Al Fresco” dining. Cabo de Palos has a bustling night life with bar terraces full of people chatting,enjoying the warm Spanish weather,it is the best place to watch the sun go down whilst sipping a glass of rioja, watching the fishing boats return with their daily catch. On Sunday,Cabo de Palos hosts Murcias largest open air market,packed with stalls selling everything from handmade bracelets,leather goods to fresh fruit. For those who like the night life, La Manga strip is full of bars restaurants and discoteques & has buses that run every 10 minutes,connecting La Manga to the neighbouring villages & the historical cities of Cartagena.
