The terraces, thanks to their southern orientation, are exposed to the sun all day long. The villa consists of three floors. The ground floor contains a Green studio for comfortable accommodation of 4 people with a private shower and toilet. On the first floor you will find a really spacious living room with the fireplace and SmartTV. The room can be wonderfully connected to the terrace thanks to the large double-hung French windows. There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge with filtered water and an ice maker. There is a bathroom with a toilet and a utility room with a washing machine. The spacious terrace with beautiful views is equipped with a pergola with a large dining table and gas grill. On the second floor there is a spacious bedroom with a large bathroom and toilet. The other two bedrooms are connected by a second bathroom with a toilet.
