In the surroundings of La Mairena there are several golf courses for the delight of golf enthusiasts, golf courses such as La Cala Golf Club, Santana Golf, Mijas Golf or Calanova Golf Club among others. You can also enjoy quality restaurants with local and international cuisine, such as Kudo Bar, El Soto, Sociedad Gastronómica La Porra or Restaurante El Jinete.
Just a few minutes away by car, you can sunbathe and stroll along the sandy beaches such as Las Chapas, Cabopino beach or Calahonda beach.
The flat is distributed in one floor with 105 m2 of surface and south-west facing. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a spacious terrace.
The spacious and bright living room has a fantastic fireplace for winter evenings, a comfortable sofa and a smart TV to enjoy the best moments with your family and partner while watching your favourite series. The smart TV has international channels and the possibility to connect your favourite streaming platform. The dining room has a dining table with capacity for 6 people.

The terrace has sea views and a chill out area to enjoy the best Marbella sunsets.
All our guests are provided with bed linen and bath towels and for a small extra you can have beach towels.
The urbanization has two swimming pools and a children's pool (open from 08:00 to 22:00 all year round, subject to availability), plus a paddle tennis court and beautiful mature gardens. The urbanization is fully gated and has surveillance cameras.
