Summary: It is a great option to stay in Madrid, specially due to its location in walking distance from atocha station. If you have an early flight you can always walk or take night bus from Cibeles. Everything about the apartment was nice, and my only comment it’s about the checking in process. We arrived after 1700, so we had to use the machine, which it didn’t give us our card key at the end of the process. Thankfully they have set up an emergency phone next to it, and the agent was quite helpful. But the whole experience would be much better if they have people available there, at least for bit longer than 1700. I ran into some others guests that just arrived as we left, and they were struggling too to get the key. Overall a nice place, nice location and great stay, but the check in process can be improved :)
