Completely refurbished bungalow in a very quiet area in the sunny south of the island and only 3 minutes walking distance to the sandy beach of Abades. The bungalow has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. It has a French style bathroom with separate WC. The kitchen is brand new with a very complete equipment incl. a blender and open to the comfortable living-dining room with Smart-TV. From the kitchen there is access to an elongated balcony with views, and from the living-dining room there is direct access to the furnished terrace, with a gas griddle on a BBQ top, of approx. 25m2. The owners live on the ground floor and share the entrance to the property, but the privacy is provided.

Abades is a very quiet little coastal village and offers several restaurants, bars and supermarkets as well as two diving schools.
