Positive: Great location and view. The garden was amazing! Apartment equipped with everything you need.

Negative: Apartment has been smaller than expected. Lack of privacy as owners can watch the garden and you hear them in the early mornings as isolation is very bad. Apartment very humid and cold and couch is not in good shape. Overall a little disappointed by price-performance ratio.
