We are in the urbanization 'Bella Vista', an urbanization of San Juan de los Terreros. The sandy beach, ideal for children, is only 300 meters away. On the beach, there is a children's playground and beach bars. Walking along the beautiful promenade, you can comfortably walk to San Juan de los Terreros (1200 m). There are restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlour, supermarkets, medical centre, diving school, etc.
The property is in a house that has only 4 dwellings apartments(two on the ground floor, two on the first floor. The house is in a small complex 'Casa del Sol' (in total only 9 houses), near Águilas and Mojacar about 100 km from Almería. We are on the Costa Calida, where there is sunshine 324 days a year.
