Both rooms have English TV (for the occasional visitor there is also a sofa bed ) you won’t find any wardrobes / cupboards closed off due to housing the owners belongings it is all your free space for you to enjoy.

You are situated between two local villages both 5 mins away. Here you will find many shops, restaurants, bars , post office and a train station taking you to Murcia and Cartagena both only 20 mins away and many more places of interest .
There are lots of activities all within 15/30 mins all water sports including diving , cycling/ mountain biking , go karting, quad biking , horse riding, water parks, national parks, many lovely beaches and ports . Local markets, large outdoor shopping centre (La Zenia) traditional street fiestas and so much more . This area has been a well kept secret but not for much longer !
