Country House with alot of character situated only at 500 meters from the village of Buger, in a land with fruit trees and a mediterranean ambience very quiet.
The house is and old referbished house with two floors :
On the ground floor it has the living room with chimeney, a loft-living room with a satelite T.V fully equiped kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 cm and terrace and a general bathroom with shower.
On the top floor there is three bedrooms, one double bedroom with double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 cm with living room and the other two bedrooms with single beds of 0.90x2.00 cm (one of them with a trundle bed) and a family bathroom with bathub. Also on this floor there is a terrace exterior stairs and uper view point.
On the exteriors there is three furnished porxes a barbecue with exterior kitchen , exterior pool of 9X6 meters with 1.30 meters depft, the propertie is fully inclosed and a solarium. Fully tarmarked acces with playground and covered parking.
Equipped with air conditioning in the three upstairs bedrooms. Central heating. Internet access.
Ping pong table. 2 cots and 2 high chairs.
The house is located just 500 meters away so you can walk to the center city.
