Charming house on the beachfront where you can come and relax, with a 7m pool. x 4m x 1.5 m and outdoor showers and in a quiet area with an outdoor space of 1000 m2. with garden, playground with slide, swings and pin-pong table. Trees for shade, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue with firewood gift of the house.
The plot has a parking for vehicles.
The house has a capacity of 12 to 15 people (2 quadruple rooms with bathroom, 2 triple rooms with bathroom and one double with bathroom)
On the ground floor there is a kitchen dining room of about 30 m2. fully equipped with TV oven, refrigerators, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. There are 2 rooms with double bed and two bunk beds with capacity for 4 people per room. The rooms have a bathroom.
On the first floor there are 2 triple rooms and a double room with bathroom in each room, a living room with TV. and a sofa bed and a terrace with views of the property and the sea. We have free bicycles for customers to use as well as free firewood for the barbecue
