You reach the house along a quiet unpaved road which leads to the outdoor parking area. The property is surrounded by a large garden which is completely fenced in and safe, for the guests’ convenience and for the children.
At the entrance to the house there is a spacious open porch-terrace leading to a small side building with a barbecue built of stone, a small area for cooking, washing machine, table football and a paella gas burner. This place is ideal for eating outside on sunny winter or spring days or cool summer evenings.
The house has two floors.
GROUND FLOOR
As you go into the house, there is a dining room with a long wooden table and chairs which connects directly with the open, modern kitchen, complete with a decorative fireplace, which is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed for your stay. In another part of the house is the lounge with sofas, chimney, TV and a play area for children. Also on this floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and a full bath with a hydromassage bathtub.
FIRST FLOOR
The sleeping area with the other bedrooms are on this floor. You go up a staircase which has a children’s safety gate at the top for protection. Central sitting room with all the other rooms leading off where you can find a billiards table and a sitting area with armchairs and TV. Two double bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with a cot, one bedroom with three single beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Two full bathrooms, both with walk-in showers.
Wifi, heating, air-conditioning and wonderful views of the garden and outside throughout the house.
OUTSIDE
Fantastic outdoor area, with different spaces for various activities, all completely fenced in. Barbecue area with long table and chairs, barbecue built of stone, paella gas burner, fridge, sink, washing machine, table football. Porch-terrace area at the entrance to the house. Outdoor pool, 7 x 4 m with shower and sun loungers. Grassy playing field with goalposts in the garden.
There are several paths around the property to enjoy and discover the surrounding countryside. You can go hiking or cycling, or walk to the village nearby.
