The vacation home with approx. 320 qm of land is surrounded by a beautiful small palm garden with blooming bougainvillea and has several terraces to make yourself comfortable at home, barbecue or enjoy the peace and quiet. The large roof terrace offers many possibilities, from yoga in the morning to socializing in the evening. There is always a shady spot, even in summer.
The interior rooms are all on one level and are lovingly furnished so that vacation guests, both young and old, quickly feel at home. You will find all the necessary comfort for up to 4 people, as well as free WiFi. The large, bright living/dining room is equipped with a satellite TV and offers cozy warmth even in the cooler seasons with a fireplace and underfloor heating. From there you can directly access the fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning (hot/cold), underfloor heating and mosquito screens. The Mallorcan-style bathroom has a barrier-free shower, hairdryer and towel heating. Directly attached to the house is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and an additional shower.
You can park your car either in the quiet side street directly in front of/next to the house, or in front of the garage.

Here you can enjoy the sun, beach and sea to the full, take advantage of the diving school and boat rental services, or simply relax and indulge in local and international cuisine in one of the excellent restaurants.
